The film deals with the phenomenon of mass tourism and megastructures, huge city-like buildings with accommodation capacities often surpassing the population of the historic settlements where they were built. The designs of these hotels teach us about the ideas of modernism, planned development of the Adriatic coast, and the ways of achieving balance between economic growth and the preservation of existing values, between mass tourism and the lives of local residents. The fourth part in the series Slumbering Concrete depicts the legacy of modernism against the ever-changing expectations and trends of leisure.
